At Delegate Solutions, we believe our greatest assets are our Team Members.
They have all come to us with executive level experience, a love of helping others succeed and an innate affinity for our methodology.
Our process is simple: Our Leadership team nominates one team member who has really raised the bar for excellence in client satisfaction and diligence in following our internal processes over the past month. Next, our entire team gets to nominate one of their peers for their embodiment of our core values (as outlined in our manifesto). While every member of our team is outstanding, we are proud to publicly honor them individually each month for their exceptional qualities.

Brooke is this month’s Leadership choice for Rockstar! Our Leadership team nominated Brooke because of her exceptional poise supporting our clients and helping them move forward in impactful ways. Brooke’s seasoned, professional eye for delegation and organization helps others simplify the complex with innovation and thoughtfulness. She continually anticipates needs, efficiently problem solves and works “Delegate magic” on complex situations. Brooke not only always jumps in to support clients, but is always ready and willing to help her teammates thrive as well; always with a smile and a happy, supportive spirit.

Joanne is this month’s Peer Nominee. We have added new responsibilities to her plate, and she has continued to exceed our expectations in every case. She “exemplifies our core values.” one of her teammates shared. Joanne wrote the book on Remaining Calm Under Pressure while going above and beyond - every day. As yet another DS teammate put it; “ She is sharp, thoughtful, and insightful”. Joanne has a natural ability to come up with insightful and thoughtful ways of anticipating a client needs.
