At Delegate Solutions, we believe our greatest assets are our Team Members.
They have all come to us with executive level experience, a love of helping others succeed and an innate affinity for our methodology.
Our process is simple: Our Leadership team nominates one team member who has really raised the bar for excellence in client satisfaction and diligence in following our internal processes over the past month. Next, our entire team gets to nominate one of their peers for their embodiment of our core values (as outlined in our manifesto). While every member of our team is outstanding, we are proud to publicly honor them individually each month for their exceptional qualities.

Erin L is this month’s Leadership choice for Rockstar! Our Leadership team nominated Erin because of her consistent desire to be a helpful, friendly resourceful problem solver to our team and our clients. She is always looking for ways to contribute and add value to the work we do at Delegate. As our IT Leader, Erin is responsible for making our team shine on the tech front; a role she gladly steps into daily. Erin proactively works to help our team work more efficiently, integrate more automation to help our clients save time, all while maintaining all of the tech at Delegate, our 100% remote company. Her cheery, can-do attitude and helpful spirit inspires her teammates and exudes all of our Core Values.

Why she’s chosen:
Amber is this month’s peer choice for Rockstar! From the moment Amber joined the team, her ’Can do’ attitude and winning smile have contributed to our success both internally and with clients. Her honesty and willingness to help are shining examples of our Core Values. When the hurricane struck, Amber was ready to help her fellow Associate. “I was down and out due to the hurricane and she jumped in without hesitation and handled our account (and others!) like a boss.” Another co-worker says “She has such enthusiasm and is extremely knowledgeable.” We are all so happy to have her on our team, She is the ultimate rock star! Lastly, this quote from someone who works with Amber every day, says it all “I couldn't ask for a better co-pilot and friend.”

2-Attention to detail with our internal reporting process
3-Support with new team members
4-Attendance at our weekly team meetings and Monthly Training
And the 2nd ROCK STAR is chosen by their peers
