HOW TO USE:
  • List your team members across the top and the types of decisions or activities down the left side.

  • Map out which responsibilities—like budget decisions, scheduling, or marketing content—could be supported by others so you can stay focused on big-picture, strategic work.

  • As you compare the decisions you regularly make with each team member’s strengths, you’ll quickly see who you can trust with specific responsibilities and where there may be opportunities to coach and develop others for greater ownership.
